Es ideal para darte un paseo en bicicleta por Madrid Río o acercarte al Retiro. También la UNED, la Universidad politécnica, etc Por la noche, estás a unos pocos minutos a pie el bohemio barrio de Lavapiés. también tienes a unas pocas calles un centro deportivo municipal, canchas de tenis, padel, sakaete park.
